1. Children are usually admitted only into the NC. to I standard every year. However, a few children may be admitted to other classes only if casual vacancies occur.
2. All candidates seeking admission in the primary section (Kindergarten) must meet the principal along with the candidate's along with the candidte's biological parent's to register and collect the prospectus and preliminary application form.
3. The Date of Birth Certificate in original from the Municipal Corporation must be produced.
4. It will be the responsibility of the parent's to see that the Preliminary Application Form is complete in all respects and the data entered in the Preliminary Application Form is correct.
5. Random method for the section of candidates will be followed only on the basis of information given in the Preliminary Applications form the documents submitted along with the Preliminary application form. If at any stage this information is found to be incorrect, the admission will be cancelled.
6. The School reserves the right to reject the Preliminary Application Form with incomplete or forged document, or if the children is found not to be of the correct age required.
7. Alist of such selected candidates will be placed on the school notice board.
8. In the interest of the public it is informed that S.S.P WORLD SCHOOL, Patna (does not accept any donation in kind or cash), It has come to our notice that certain people 'pose' as agents and promise to secure admission on payments of money.If the child gets admission on his/her own merit, the so-called agents take credit(and money), if not he/she expresses his/her helplessness. SO PLEASE BE ON YOUR GUARD, Canvassing through any member of the school staff or others shall be automatically regarded as a disqualification for admission to the school.
9. Admissions are made through the principal and on her authorization only. Admissions made by any other authorization are liable to cancellation without any reason being ascribed.
10. If there has been any concealment of facts regarding date of birth, false residential address, false parenthood and wrong medical information at the time of admission, such an admission will be cancelled and the candidate will be struck off the rolls of the school automatically.
11. Students who fail to pass at the end of the year but are within the age group may be required to repeat the class.
